• MAIN SPACE: 16 x 36 ft, open plan. Large desk with 24" iMac for your use. Bang & Olufson stereo with radio, CD, can be hooked up to play fromyour own ipad/iphone. Small but excellentCD collection of jazz, world music, and soundtracks. Large leather sectional sofa, longer and wider than a twin or day bed (but not a formal sofa bed). Lots of original artworks and books, includingunique books on NYC and itshistory.

• KITCHEN: Fully equipped gourmet working kitchen. Miele oven, washer, and dryer;Wolf induction cooktop. Toaster, microwave,refrigerator/freezer, gooseneck kettle, immersion blender. Le Creuset and All-Clad cookware, Wüstof knives.Keurig coffeemaker and pods provided; Chemex and Nespresso by advancerequest. Stocked pantry items including cooking oils and vinegars, salt/pepper, sugar, large array of spices.

• BATHROOM: 5 x 11 ft "zen" style with Corian countertop, granite flooring, bamboo tiles. Luxe rainfall shower plus a handheld unit, both with excellent water pressure, river-rock flooring and an artisanal glass shower wall. Spa towels and spa-sized soaps, shampoos, conditioners and lotions are provided, also a Dyson hair dryer. Please note there is no bathtub.

• BEDROOM: 14 x 15 ft with a king-size bed, Tuft & Needle mattress, luxury linens (actual linen!), wall-mounted bedside lamps and tables. Decor features a large full-length floor mirror; one empty closet is provided for guest use, equipped with three deep shelves and 8 sturdy wooden hangers. Full-sized clothing steamer.Soundproofed windows and blackout shades in addition to the regular privacy shades.

CAT CARE:

Edith is a sweet little rescue kitty who will play with you as much or as little as you want. You'll need to give herone can of food and one scoop of kibble each day, plus fresh water. No litter duties required - it's a disposable box with dust-free litter.Happy to answer Qs about cat stuff!
